…Malakor watched them, a faint, almost imperceptible smile playing on his lips. The chaos was amusing, yes, but the sheer, unyielding annoyance of these mortals was proving to be an unexpected, and perhaps more potent, distraction. He glanced at the crystal, then at the bewildered dinosaurs milling about. Maybe, just maybe, he'd had enough of the prehistoric era. Maybe it was time for something… different. Something with less roaring, and considerably more… karaoke. The thought, a nascent germ of an idea, sparked within his ancient mind, a flicker of amusement that promised a very different kind of chaos.
