…I laughed, a shaky, joyous sound. “I think it might be.” He pulled back, a hopeful smile lighting up his face. “And… what do we do now?” I met his gaze, my own heart overflowing. “I have no idea,” I admitted, a wide grin spreading across my face. “But I’m really excited to find out.” As he walked away, leaving me standing on my doorstep, a silly, giddy smile plastered on my face, I knew one thing for sure. My heart, that traitorous, wonderful organ, had definitely found its DJ. And the rave was just getting started.
