…It was not a complete victory, not a sudden integration, but a flicker of something new. A possibility. The terrifying prospect of her fractured mind, of the bleeding dreams, of the Weaver’s insidious influence, was still very real. But now, for the first time, it felt less like an insurmountable doom and more like a challenge. A gambit, perhaps, initiated by an unseen architect, but one that she, with a newfound ally, might just be able to play. The air in the gallery, once thick with polite chatter and artificial light, now seemed charged with a potent, unspoken promise. A promise of revelation, of struggle, and perhaps, of a fragile, hard-won peace.
