…The "dertty" boy who once navigated those treacherous waters is still a part of me, a reminder of where I came from, of the battles I fought. But I am also something more. I am a survivor, a seeker, a man who dared to believe in a different future. The concrete still remembers my footsteps, but now they echo with a different rhythm, a rhythm of hope, of a journey just beginning, a journey away from the shadows and towards a light that, though still distant, is undeniably there. The scars remain, a permanent map of my past, but they no longer define my destination. They are simply reminders of the strength it took to navigate the darkness, and the courage it takes to step into the dawn.
