…Elara stood up, the journal held tight in her hands. She wouldn't let her siblings' past actions define her future. Her mother had loved her, and that love, though it had been a fragile flame in the harsh winds of her childhood, was a truth Elara could hold onto. The sunlight outside beckoned, warmer now, no longer a distant dream but a tangible reality. She had unearthed the whispers of her mother’s shadow, and in doing so, she had found the strength to step fully into her own sunlight.
