…Emily’s head snapped towards her, her eyes gleaming with an unnatural light. A slow, cruel smile spread across her face, a smile that was not Emily’s. “Selly is here now, Mommy,” she said, her voice a chilling echo of Selly’s own. “And Selly never leaves.” The room plunged into an unnatural darkness, the shadows seeming to writhe and coalesce. Sally could feel a presence in the room, cold and malevolent, pressing in on them. Selly had made her move, and now, Sally and Emily were trapped, locked in a battle for their very souls. The whispers had become demands, and the demands, Sally knew with a certainty that turned her stomach, were about to become a nightmare.
