…But as we started walking back towards the cafeteria, I noticed the blonde girl watching us from across the corridor. Her smile had disappeared. And when Hunter glanced in her direction, his expression changed. For the first time since we'd started this strange, confusing thing between us, he looked worried. I stopped walking. “Hunter?” He looked back at me. “Who is she?” He opened his mouth. Then closed it again. And just like that, my happy little moment disappeared. Because I was beginning to realise something about Hunter Hayes. He might finally be telling me how he felt. But there were still things he wasn't telling me. And I had a feeling I was about to find out why.
