It was the understanding that even when the world outside was chaotic, I could cultivate an inner landscape of calm. And in that calm, I found not just solace, but a renewed sense of strength, a quiet determination to keep moving forward, one gentle breath at a time. The storm hadn't passed, but I had learned to find shelter within myself, and in that shelter, I was, finally, standing.
