…They turned, one last time, to look back. The cherubim gleamed, their presence a silent testament to the irretrievable loss. The gate, a majestic portal to perfection, was now closed. And beyond it, the Tree of Life, a beacon of unending existence, stood shrouded in a mystery they could no longer approach. They were cast out, not into nothingness, but into a world irrevocably altered, a world where toil and pain were the currency of life, and death, a silent, inevitable companion, had finally found its way into the heart of creation.
