Fiddle Dee Dee's First Flight

Previously

…With a final, joyful burst of energy, Fiddle Dee Dee dipped and soared, her heart full to bursting. She landed gently on the perch beside her grandparents, her wings no longer trembling with apprehension, but with the quiet satisfaction of a journey completed. Her first flight. Her grandparents greeted her with warm embraces, their love a soft blanket settling over her, and Fiddle Dee Dee knew, with a certainty as deep as the sky itself, that she was home.
