Sammy, perched precariously on his nose, was already plotting her next move, a tiny general leading her slightly confused, berry-obsessed dragon into battle. The meadow, for now, was safe. But the journey ahead was far from over. And Bartholomew, for the first time in a long time, wasn't thinking about his nap. He was thinking about berries.
