…Level Six is the masterpiece — not because it's beautiful, though parts of it are, in the way that old paper and warm light and accumulated honesty can be beautiful. It's the masterpiece because it holds complexity without demanding it resolve. Because it lets the Golgotha and the dog sit side by side. Because it says: you don't have to choose between your suffering and your light. You never did. They were always the same star. The light ahead grows warmer. The pages keep whispering. Somewhere deep in the maze, the walls breathe — slowly, gently, the respiration of a structure that has finally stopped fighting the person inside it. I keep walking.
