…As I walked back towards my small room, the sun now dipping towards the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and purple, I felt a strange sense of exhilaration mixed with trepidation. The path ahead was uncertain, fraught with challenges I couldn’t yet comprehend. I was no longer just Amina Diallo, the young woman selling her crafts. I was a soldier, enlisting in a war I had only just begun to understand. And the first battlefield was within myself. The mirror had shown me the enemy. Now, it was time to wage war.
