…As Silas and Elara turned to leave, Silas glanced back at the carousel. The painted horses seemed to wink in the fading light, their garish smiles promising more nightmares. He knew, with a chilling certainty, that this was only the beginning. The carousel had shown them their deepest fears, and in doing so, had revealed their vulnerabilities. But it had also, inadvertently, ignited a spark of defiance. They were no longer just afraid. They were angry. And they were ready to fight. The carousel of nightmares had spun them into a new reality, one where the line between fantasy and terror had blurred, and where the only way out was through the darkness itself.
