…I felt my star dimming further, the edges of my dream fraying. Time was running out. But within the chaos, a new understanding began to form. My purpose wasn't just to create, but to preserve. And to preserve, I had to fight. I had to fight against myself, against the very nature of my existence, for the sake of the life that had dared to bloom within my lonely heart. The void loomed, a terrifying specter, but for the first time, I felt a flicker of something akin to resolve. I would not let them vanish. Not yet.
