…“And a few questionable interior decorating choices,” she added, gesturing vaguely at a rather hideous, pizza-shaped lamp I’d insisted on. “But worth it, right?” I grinned, a wide, tired, triumphant grin. “Every cheesy moment.” The dream had a physical form. It had a name. And it tasted, if I did say so myself, like the best darn pizza in the entire world. The quest was over. The adventure, however, was just beginning. And I couldn’t wait to see what tomorrow would bring, one perfectly baked, gloriously cheesy slice at a time.
