The perfect balance of textures, the symphony of flavours, the sheer, unadulterated deliciousness. It was the world’s greatest pizza. It was Georgie’s pizza. A single tear traced a path through the flour dust on my cheek. Eight years. All the failures, all the disasters, all the doubt. It had all led to this moment. Tom T-bone was right.
