Like a contagion.” Eva looked at her crew, at their pale, terrified faces. They had survived the immediate horror, but the chilling dread that had settled upon them was far from over. They had ventured beyond the zenith, and what they had found was not glory, but a terrifying, biological abyss. And it was far from done with them. The mission was still a mystery, but the violence had been made terrifyingly clear. And the station’s secrets, it seemed, were not meant to be uncovered, but to be unleashed.
