…As Kai helped Eva lift the weakened Sharma, they glanced back at the cracked containment unit. The dark fluid within was gone, leaving only a faint, glistening residue. The air still hung heavy with that sickly sweet, metallic odor. They had come seeking answers, a mysterious contact, and a mission objective. Instead, they had found a tomb, a monstrous aberration, and the chilling realization that whatever had happened here was far from over. The Zenith, it seemed, was merely the beginning of a descent into something far darker.
