A home he had left, and a home he had returned to, forever changed. He knew he would never be just Bartholomew the sheep again. He was Bartholomew, the sheep who had walked through a portal, told a joke that made a sprite snort with laughter, and discovered that sometimes, the most extraordinary adventures begin with the most unusual of steps. And as he settled back into the familiar rhythm of the flock, he couldn’t help but smile. The world still looked interesting, even from knee-high. Especially with spectacles.
