…Kenny looked between them. His heart screamed yes, but his mind hesitated. This was insane. But his whole life had been a lie. He had to know the truth. "Deal," he said. Kranos nodded. "Good. Sona, show him to his quarters. Training starts at dawn." As Sona led him out, Kenny felt a grin spread across his face. He was no longer an orphan lost on Earth. He was a Space Hunter in training, and the whole universe awaited. But as they walked through the crowded station, a shadow fell over them—a tall figure in a dark cloak, watching. Sona tensed and pulled Kenny close. "Keep moving," she whispered. "Don't look back." The adventure had begun.
