…"We did it!" CarterJean exclaimed, her voice filled with relief and a touch of triumph. Creed chuckled, wiping a smudge of dust from his cheek. "I told you the map was right. They just wanted to play a trick on us." He looked back towards the clearing, but the sprites were gone, leaving only the gentle hum of the woods behind. The path ahead now seemed clearer, the trees parting to reveal a winding trail that led deeper into the heart of the Whispering Woods. The adventure, they knew, was far from over.
